Economic Forum - SILESIA 2009

Delegations from over 58 states participated in the Economic Forum – Silesia 2009 organised on 26 – 28 February in Wisła. The Forum was a regional initiative aimed at promoting Silesia as an attractive investment area.
Discussions and presentations allowed partners from Europe to become acquainted with the investment opportunities in Southern Poland. Furthermore, it was a platform of promotion of Silesian economy, particularly region’s achievements in the fields of new technologies and programmes for the future.
The Economic Forum – Silesia 2009 for regional leaders was not only an excellent opportunity to present economic solutions but also a chance to promote local cities. President Mieczysław Kieca presented major investment qualities of Wodzisław Śląski.
The Economic Forum was a great place for establishing business contacts – Mieczysław Kieca said - during unofficial talks I approached representatives of Asian states and arranged next business meeting. The forum was the first step to begin cooperation and promote Wodzisław at the next conferences.

25 czerwca uczniowie oficjalnie zakończyli rok szkolny 2009/2010 i z radością rozpoczęli wyczekiwane wakacje.
